7. License key does not work

All the softwares come with official license keys.

Please UNINSTALL the existing software and reinstall it and enter the key
on the flap of the white software CD bag (holder/cover).

Please do check the key when you enter it. Some customers made mistake in
entering the following letters and number:

U, V, Z, L, 2, 1,B (they entered U as V, Z as 2, 1 as L, B as 8).

8. Option setting within VHS2DVD

1)Video device: Conexant Polaris Video Capture or USB video device
**You do NOT need to select any audio device since the audio is controlled by the video device***

2)Format: you can choose DVD or long DVD or other formats
3)Video Type: PAL
4)Quality: Best
5)Split size: please choose the one that match the DVD disck you use
6)connection setting:
VHS2DVD--->options-->video device setting-->input source-->choose
"composite" if you use yellow, red, white cable. Choose Svideo if you use Svideo cable.
7)The Video source must be set to either 'Composite' or 'Svideo' depending on

which connector you are using (the yellow phono connector is Composite and

the black mini-DIN connector is s-video)


9. Setting for EZ Grabber application

If you use EZ Grabber to capture video, please set the setting as follows
1)for UK and Europe the Video format must be set to PAL_BDHIG
2)The Video source must be set to either 'Composite' or 'Svideo'
depending on which connector you are using (the yellow phono connector is Composite
and the black mini-DIN connector is s-video)
