I'm using this with a gamer laptop that already has a dual-head GeForce 9800M GTX card and runs Windows 7 Enterprise x64. The CUH350D works really well, and I'm very happy with the purchase. I don't use the CUH350D for gaming (I haven't even tried it), but it runs videos fine. When I installed, Windows couldn't find the drivers by itself, so I downloaded them from the displaylink.com web site instead, which worked great.

I needed to connect another monitor to my MacBook (already hooked to two external monitors), and the CUH350D worked great. The display refresh is bit slow (via USB as expected) but absolutely fine for non-gamer or non-video applications. CPU usage is much less than 1%, and memory usage is around 12MB. All in all, an excellent way to hook up additional monitors to your Mac/PC.

Also, really great that DVI-to-HDMI and DVI-to-VGA adapters are included! :-)

The only minor issue I found is when the macbook wakes up from sleep, it takes a few seconds longer for the USB connector monitor to become active again, but its a very minor issue.

Works exactly as the company describes. I have two of them and until now Works perfect.

Wanted to connect a VGA projector to newer laptops. Told the visiting speaker where to get the displaylink software from, he turned up and we plugged everything together and it worked. As easy as that.

The adapter uses the standard DisplayLink software that is readily available in Windows 10 via MS update or via the Displaylink website.
I have two running off a laptop and they perform well. At the price they are great value and add to that the quality of the service and you can’t go wrong.

Works well & installs easily without issue using standard Displaylink driver package. Superb way of adding additional monitor(s) without the requirement for any expensive multi port output graphics card. The USB 3 option of this adaptor obviously being better than the USB 2 option but there seemed no signs of any performance limitations during use.
