Does what it says and reasonably priced (08/12/2009)
This device works really well, got a remote with it, but you don't really need it because when you switch the DVD or Cable box it switches over straight away. Delivery was quick as well. would definitely recommend this item.

Great little device, works perfectly, remote is solid and unit tucks away nicely.
Needs 5V power if you want auto switching, but doesnt tell you polarity in instructions, so I haven't bothered. Remote works fine from chair to TV, so no need for auto switching where I am.

Would be nice if some one could produce some 12 inch or there abouts cables
